The idea is fairly straightforward: make it easier for users to pick a card based on how they actually use their devices. Of course, the idea of offering these high-end microSD cards is to target both the gaming and creator communities. So whatever your use case, it can be clicking a lot of photos or dealing with heavier tasks like gaming and 4K video recording, Samsung is trying to cover both ends of the spectrum. Samsung T7 and T9 microSD: Price and availability
The Samsung T7 microSD card is available in four storage options: 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. Prices start at Rs 4,849 for the base variant and go up to Rs 30,399 for the 1TB version.
The more performance-focused Samsung T9 microSD card comes in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB variants. These are priced at Rs 5,989, Rs 9,499, and Rs 18,999, respectively.

The Samsung T7 microSD card is positioned as an everyday storage option. Both cards support UHS-I interface standards and come with ratings like U3, V30, A2, and Class 10, which means they are capable of handling high-resolution video recording and faster app performance. Samsung is also highlighting durability here, with the T9 offering what it calls ‘6-proof’ protection for added reliability.
