Dyson has unveiled their latest air purifier and cooler, the Find+Follow Purifier Cool, globally today. The device is a smart purifying fan that uses AI-based vision sensing to track your position and automatically direct airflow to wherever you are in a room. While Dyson India has confirmed a launch for the market, they’re yet to announce the pricing and availability for the model. The maker says that it will be announced much closer to the launch date. Till then, let’s take a look at everything we know about the device so far.

Dyson Find+Follow Air: Purification details
Since the Find+Follow also functions as a full-featured air purifier, let’s first start with that. Dyson has equipped it with an advanced K-Carbon + HEPA filtration system that captures 50% more NO₂ compared to its predecessor, along with VOCs, odours, and 99.95% of ultrafine particles down to 0.1 microns.
It meets the HEPA H13 sealed standard, meaning filtered particles stay trapped inside. The auto-sensing system continuously monitors PM2.5, PM10, VOCs, NO₂, and formaldehyde, adjusting purification automatically. Other features include a Night Mode, which allows the device to run 50% quieter with a dimmed display, and full connectivity via the MyDyson app.
What it does

The Find+Follow Purifier Cool, as the name suggests, watches where you are and follows you. The device uses a 17-key point user detection system, where the machine tracks movement and adjusts its oscillation automatically.
The system is very smart, as it recognises movement instantly. If you move from the couch to the kitchen, the airflow moves along with you. Not only that, but if you were to leave the room entirely, the fan stops oscillating. The system can also handle multiple people in the same room, smartly splitting airflow between them.
Speaking of which, Privacy First AI has become a big topic these days, and since the device uses AI to detect motion, Dyson has addressed these concerns. As per them, the machine’s vision system doesn’t store or upload any images. All processing is done on-device in real time, with frames analysed and deleted immediately. The company says the device is built with cybersecurity protections baked in.
India launch and availability
While Dyson has confirmed a global launch, they’re yet to announce the launch date for the device in India. The company has said that the India rollout will be announced closer to availability, along with the pricing too.
