Picking up directly from the explosive ending of Dhurandhar (2025), Part 2 follows Jaskirat Singh Rangi, now fully embedded in Pakistan’s criminal and political underworld under his covert identity, Hamza Ali Mazari. After eliminating Lyari kingpin Rehman Dakait, Hamza rises to power in Karachi, becoming a feared figure known as Sher‑e‑Baloch.
