Call of Duty: Mobile – Season 10 Shadows Return Multiplayer details

The Call of Duty: Mobile Season 10 Shadows Return update will include a new multiplayer map. This time, players will get the Vacant map. This map was first introduced in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare reboot and is set around an abandoned office building. Players can expect close-quarters combat, but there will be areas that will suit long range weapons.

There is also a new MVP Replay system that players can check out at the end of the match. This will showcase the player’s best eliminations at the end of the match.

The update will also include a new Multiplayer mode called Control. This will see players attacking or defending two designated points on a map till teams run out of respawns. The attackers are tasked with capturing both points before the end of the time limit to win the round, while the defenders need to prevent that. Teams will switch between rounds and the first team to reach the round limit wins.

In terms of multiplayer optimisations, players can expect changes in Hackney Yard and Hovec Sawmill. In Nuketown, bullet penetration has been slightly adjusted to inflict additional damage. The Tempest Operator Skill will now inflict damage when it hits a wall or the ground close to the enemy. Further, the UAV scorestreak will now display red dots of enemies in sync with the scanning effects. The developers have also fixed a freezing issue with the Gung-Ho perk, while the Operator Loadout interface is also optimized.
