Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is now available open sale on Flipkart and Mi.com. The smartphone has been available via flash sale for quite a phone, and now it will finally be available to buy without the hassle of trying to be the first. The phone is available in two variants, 3GB RAM/32GB ROM variant is priced at Rs 9,999 and a 4GB RAM/64GB ROM variant priced at Rs 11,999. It’s available in Black, Gold, lake Blue, and Rose Gold colour variants. 

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro will also be available for flash sale at 12PM on Flipkart. Over on Mi.com, the next pre-order for the device will start on April 27. However, it should be noted that deliveries for pre-orders Like the standard Redmi Note 5 smartphone, the Pro variant is available in two variants, the 4GB RAM/32GB storage variant is priced at Rs 13,999, while the 6GB RAM/64GB variant is priced at Rs 16,999.

Reliance Jio subscribers who purchase either of the phones are eligible to get a cashback of Rs 2,200. In order to get this however, they need to activate it by performing a recharge of either Rs 198 or Rs 299. This cashback will be credited as 44 vouchers of Rs 50 in the user’s MyJio account. Jio users also get up to 4.5TB of data.

Coming to the specifications, both smartphones sport a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. The two are also equipped with a 4000mAh battery and run MIUI 9, which is based on Android Nougat. The standard Redmi Note 5 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC and sports a single 12MP rear camera. On the front, there is a 5MP camera. The Redmi Note 5 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 636 SoC and sports a dual-rear camera setup. The device features a 12MP + 5MP cameras at the back with a 20MP camera in the front.
