The Vivo Y12s has officially launched in India powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 processor and 5,000mAh battery to boot. The phone is aimed at budget phone buyers who are looking for a value for money option in under Rs 10,000. As such, the Y12s goes up against the likes of the Redmi 9 Prime in the country.

Vivo Y12s is priced at Rs 9,990 in India and comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. Vivo is offering it in two colours: Phantom Black and Glacier Blue to choose from. The phone is available to purchase from major online and offline stores including Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, and more.
The Vivo Y12s has a plastic build measuring 8.4 millimetres in thickness and weighs 191 grams. The Y12s features a 6.51-inch HD+ (1600 x 720 pixels) resolution display with a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera. The phone is being offered in Glacier Blue and Phantom Black colours to choose from.
Vivo Y12s is powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 processor with an octa-core CPU and is paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. There’s an option to expand the storage further by adding a microSD card.
The Y12s has dual cameras on the back that consists of a primary 13MP camera and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there is an 8MP selfie camera housed within the notch.
The power button on the Y12s doubles up as a fingerprint reader and the phone is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging speed.
