Samsung Galaxy J4+, Galaxy J6+ to launch in India on September 25
According to a webpage on Samsung e-Store, both the phones will feature an Infinity Display design and a 3,300mAh battery pack.
Samsung India will launch its next mid-range J-series smartphones on September 25. The South Korean giant has made a dedicated page for the Galaxy J4+ and the Galaxy J6+ smartphones on the Samsung e-Store. As per the webpage, both the smartphones will sport the company’s Infinity Display design, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual-camera setup on the rear and a feature called 'Expressive Emotify' which could be a toned-down version of the AR Emoji feature that was introduced in the Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9+ smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy J4+ specifications
The Galaxy J4+ is expected to feature a large 6-inch HD+ Infinity Display with an 18.5:9 aspect ratio. It may be powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz. Samsung may offer the smartphone in two variants: 2GB RAM + 16GB storage and 3GB RAM + 32GB storage. In the camera department, the Galaxy J4+ is said to sport a single 13MP camera sensor on the back, while on the front, it may house a 5MP shooter. Samsung is expected to run Android 8.1 Oreo, retain the 3.5mm headphone jack. It is also tipped to offer a 3,300mAh battery to power the smartphone. The Galaxy J4+ is expected to come in Black, Gold, and Pink colours.
Samsung Galaxy J6+ specifications
Just like the Galaxy J4+, the Galaxy J6+ will reportedly feature a 6-inch HD+ Infinity Display design with an 18.5:9 aspect ratio, 3,300mAh battery unit and run on Android 8.1 Oreo. The phone could be powered by a quad-core SoC, clocked at 1.4GHz and may be offered in 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage builds. It is expected to sport a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and dual rear-cameras with a 13MP primary sensor and a 5MP lens. On the front, the Galaxy J6+ could get an 8MP shooter. It is expected to launch in Black, Grey and Red colour options.
