Realme C2 is company’s first entry-level smartphone and it will be up for grabs at 12pm today. Those interested can head to Flipkart or Realme India website to purchase the phone. All the three 2GB RAM, and 3GB RAM variants will be available during the sale. The device competes with the likes of Redmi 6A and Redmi 7 that fall in the same price bracket. The 2GB RAM + 16GB variant of the Realme C2 is priced at Rs 5,999, the 2GB RAM + 32GB variant is priced at Rs 6,999 and its 3GB RAM + 32GB storage model costs Rs 7,999. The company is offering the phone in Diamond Blue and Diamond Black colours.
Recently, Realme announced the offline debut of the Realme C2 smartphone. The handset is now available via 8000 offline stores in the country. The 2GB RAM + 32GB storage and 3GB RAM + 32GB storage are now available and the 2GB RAM + 16GB storage varient will be available starting July in offline stores. Realme currently has 283 service centers in India and it plans to expand the service network.
The Realme C2 features a 6.1-inch HD+ display that offers a 19.5:9 aspect ratio with a dewdrop notch design. The phone is equipped with an Octa-core Helio P22 chipset at the heart of the device. The phone runs on Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.0 on top, and it is backed by a large 4000mAh battery. Realme C2 supports an expandable 256GB storage with a triple Independent card slot which supports dual sim 4G. When it comes to optics, the device features a dual-rear camera setup. There is a 13MP primary sensor which is assisted by a 2MP sensor. Realme says that the rear camera can shoot slo-mo videos in 80fps/480p quality. On the front, the phone gets a 5MP selfie camera with AI Face Unlock feature.
