At India Mobile Congress 2017, LG has announced the launch of K7i that also acts as a mosquito repellant. LG K7i comes with new 'mosquito away technology' that only uses the sound wave to keep mosquitoes at bay. LG says mosquito away is a silent, invisible, odourless and a perfectly user-friendly technology.
LG also assures that its new K7i smartphone does not emit any harmful radiation and its selected ultrasonic frequency is safe for humans. In terms of features, LG K7i sports a 5-inch On-Cell display and is powered by a quad-core processor. The smartphone offers 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage.
"As a responsible brand, we would like to introduce products based on Indian consumer insights; the launch of K7i is an extension of this philosophy. Earlier we have launched mosquito away AC and TV, the response for this technology has been positive," said Kim Ki Wan, Managing Director, LG Electronics India.
