Apple could be working on a new Blush Gold variant of the iPhone X, as per a tweet by the designer Benjamin Geskin. The company is reportedly working on a new colour for the smartphone, which has been codenamed D21A. Geskin also tweeted an image comparing the blush gold SIM card tray with other gold colour options, which the company has released in the past. The iPhone X is currently available in Space Grey and Silver colour variants.
Previously, the KGI Securities analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo, had reported that a new Blush Gold variant of the smartphone is in the works. However, the company will push back its production due to supply issues. As this news has not been confirmed by the company, it should be taken with a pinch of salt. The iPhone X comes with an edge to edge display and sports a notch on the top of its display.
Recently, an alleged video of the iPhone SE 2 also surfaced online, which hints that a notch on the top of the device’s screen, similar to the iPhone X. It can be seen from the video that the device features flat sides. similar to the iPhone SE, its successor could also feature a compact form factor with a smaller screen and could miss out on FaceID.
