Mi Notebook 14, Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition to go on sale in India today, should you buy it?

If you were looking forward to the Mi NoteBook and Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon Edition, then know that the laptops are going on sale today. The Mi NoteBook 14 has an introductory price of Rs 41,999. While the Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon Edition starts at Rs  54,999. But are the laptops worth it? Well, we have only reviewed the Horizon edition of the Mi NoteBook and in our review of the laptop, we said, “The Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon Edition is a surprisingly good laptop. Its performance is adequate, but perhaps its best feature is the sturdy build quality all around. What doesn’t work is the lack of backlighting on the keyboard and less than satisfying typing experience, coupled with a trackpad that has too much play. Redeeming the corners cut is the impressive battery life and when you factor in the good quality of the display and the fact that this machine weighs just 1.35 kilograms, we actually have a viable option for a thin and light machine in this price bracket. The Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon Edition is ideally suited for anyone who is looking for a laptop to fulfil their daily needs of entertainment, typing, researching on the web and maybe, just maybe, even very light photo editing. It is not meant for those who are looking for a budget-friendly editing or gaming machine. Mi NoteBook 14 and Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon Edition pricing and availability

If you are considering picking up the Mi NoteBook 14 then here is a look at the pricing of the laptop. The Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon Edition Core i5 variant is priced at Rs 54,999 and the Core i7 variant is priced at Rs 59,999. Users can get Rs 2000 off if they purchase the laptop using their HDFC bank debit or credit card. Moving over to the Mi NoteBook 14, the Mi NoteBook 14 with the model number 1901-FC has an introductory price of Rs 41,999. The Mi NoteBook 14 with the model number 1901-FA has an introductory price of Rs 44,999 while the Mi NoteBook 14 with the model number 1901-DG has an introductory price of Rs 47,999. The introductory price is valid until 16 July. There is no information on the price of the laptops after the introductory offer. Users can get Rs 2000 off if they purchase the laptop using their HDFC bank debit or credit card.
