Watch the 30Kg SpotMini robot Stylin', wilin', livin' it up in the city!

American engineering and robotics company, Boston Dynamics has released a new video of its famous SpotMini robot dancing to Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars’ Uptown Funk like a boss! In the video, the four-legged robot can be seen twerking, shimmying and even moonwalking without so much as breaking a sweat. The robot’s moves are smooth as butter, which is a great feat to achieve. The SpotMini is the same robotic dog which was seen opening doors for another one of its kind back in February, and since then, has been spotted flaunting its tricks in various robotic symposiums.

The 30 Kg-heavy robot mutt uses an articulating arm attached to its head to pull open doors, grab payloads, do the dishes and more. It can autonomously navigate a specified route, climb stairs, and more. It is an all electric robot that can function for 90 minutes on a full charge and uses a suite of sensors to make its way around intelligently. The SpotMini's sensors include – stereo cameras, depth cameras, an inertial measurement unit, and position/force sensors in the limbs.

Watch the robot show off its moves in the video below

Boston Dynamics also has a two-legged robot named Atlas in its army which can perform impressive backflips and can do basic parkour. You can check out the Atlas in action here.
