Vivo is gearing up for one of its biggest flagship announcements of the year. The Chinese smartphone maker is reportedly set to launch the Vivo X300 series, which includes the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro, shortly after the country’s National Day holidays. If the latest leak from Weibo is to be believed, the official unveiling could happen in mid-October in China. However, the exact timeline, price, and specifications for the India launch remain unknown.

Interestingly, the Vivo X300 lineup is tipped to debut as the world’s first smartphone series powered by MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 chipset. Here’s what we know about the upcoming Vivo X300 and X300 Pro.

Vivo X300, X300 Pro launch date (Expected)

The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro are tipped to launch on October 13 in China. However, there are no official details on the same.

Vivo X300, X300 Pro specs (Expected)

The standard Vivo X300 will reportedly sport a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO BOE Q10+ panel. It is expected to succeed the Vivo X200 Pro Mini. Interestingly, Vivo is dropping the 6.67-inch variant that was part of the previous lineup. The more premium Vivo X300 Pro will feature a larger 6.78-inch display. The details on refresh rates and brightness levels remain under wraps.

In terms of optics, both the X300 and X300 Pro will carry a 50MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. On the back, the standard variant may feature a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor paired with a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto lens, along with a Samsung JN5 ultra-wide camera. Meanwhile, the X300 Pro will pack a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor and a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera, complemented by an ultra-wide shooter.

Additionally, both models will ship with OriginOS 6 based on Android 15, out of the box. While battery capacity is yet to be confirmed, reports hint at a 6,000mAh cell for the X300 and a 6,500mAh unit for the X300 Pro, with support for 90W wired and wireless charging.

Vivo X300, X300 Pro price (Expected)

According to reports, the Vivo X300 Pro could come with a price tag of around Rs 99,999 in India, while the standard X300 could be priced around Rs 70,000.
