As per tipsters on X, the Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra can feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 built on a 2nm process. The device is also expected to get a bigger 5,500 mAh silicon-carbon battery. The leaks also suggested that the device could offer a 200MP ISOCELL HP6 sensor with LOFIC imaging technology. It must be noted that all of these are early leaks.
Other leaks suggested that the device may offer a 6.9-inch LTPO AMOLED 2X display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It could get up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. It may also feature an additional 50MP ultra-wide, a 50MP telephoto (3x zoom), and a 50MP periscope lens (5x zoom). On the front, there can be a 24MP selfie camera.
Adding on, the device could offer features like connectivity for emergency services and support for next-generation Wi-Fi 8 and Bluetooth 7.
