OnePlus 7 series of handsets consist of the OnePlus 7 Pro and the OnePlus 7 smartphones. While the company is aiming to get into the flagship segment with the OnePlus 7 Pro, it is aiming at delivering flagship-level features at a comparatively lower price with the OnePlus 7. The OnePlus 7 (First Impressions) will be going up for sale today at 12 PM via Amazon.in, oneplus.in and OnePlus exclusive offline stores. The OnePlus 7 was launched along with the OnePlus 7 Pro on May 14, and it features a design similar to its predecessor, the OnePlus 6T.
While the OnePlus 7 Pro features a full-screen display design, the OnePlus 7 sports a waterdrop notch display similar to the OnePlus 6T. The handset is equipped with a 6.41-inch Full HD+ Optic AMOLED display with 60Hz refresh rate. The display has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and sports pixel density of 402 PPI. Under the hood, the OnePlus 7 runs on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 mobile platform. The smartphone will today be available in 6GB/8GB LPDDR4X RAM variants that are coupled with 128GB/256GB UFS 3.0 storage respectively. Just like the Pro variant, the OnePlus 7 also gets dual stereo speakers.
Coming to optics, the OnePlus 7 Pro comes equipped with a dual-camera setup with a 48MP Sony IMX586 main sensor. This sensor is paired with a lens having an aperture of f/1.7. This main sensor supports Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) and Phase-detection autofocus (PDAF). There is also a 5MP secondary sensor, and the lens with this sensor has an aperture of f/2.4. The setup is assisted by a dual LED flash. On the front, it features a 16MP Sony IMX471 sensor that is paired with an f/2.0 aperture lens. The handset is backed by a 3,700mAh battery that supports fast charging (5V/4A), and the phone features an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The Mirror Grey colour variant of the OnePlus 7 will be available in 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant for Rs 32,999. The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant of the handset is priced at Rs 37,999 and will be available in Red and Mirror Grey colours.
As for sale offers, those using SBI debit or credit card to buy the handset will get to avail up to Rs 2,000 off. There’s also an option to buy the handset with no-cost EMI. Jio users can avail benefits of up to Rs 9,300 with the phone and there’s also up to 70 percent guaranteed exchange price from Servify.
