Lava Iris Fuel 20 smartphone with 4400 mAh battery launched for Rs 5399
Lava Iris Fuel 20 launched, features a 4400 mAh battery that promises 13 hours video playback, 42 hours of 2G talk time and 35 hours music playback time.
Domestic handset maker Lava has launched the budget Iris Fuel 20 smartphone at Rs 5,399. The device will be available across e-commerce sites as well as leading retail stores from next week.
The Lava Iris Fuel 20 has a 5-inch display with 480 x 854 pixels resolution. It has a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor with 512 MB RAM. The smartphone has 4GB internal storage expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot. It has a 5 MP rear camera with Flash and a VGA front camera. The smartphone supports 720p HD video playback.
Connectivity options included in the Lava Iris Fuel 20 are micro USB v2.0, dual-sim, Bluetooth V4.0 and Wi-Fi support. It boasts of a mammoth 4400 mAh battery which according to company claims delivers 42 hours 2G talk time, 13 hours video playback and 35 hours music playback time. The smartphone runs on Android 4.4 OS. The Lava Iris 20 is available in white and metallic grey colors.
After Gionee Marathon M3 which comes with a 5000mAh battery, Lava claims "this is the second biggest smartphone battery available in the country today." Lava has earlier launched the Iris Fuel 50 with a 3000 mAh battery and Iris Fuel 60 with a 4000 mAh battery under its Iris Fuel series.
