HIGHLIGHTS

Twitter users @evleaks and @onleaks have posted press renders and images of HTC’s upcoming flagship device, which may simply be called the HTC 10.

Press renders and images of HTC’s upcoming flagship phone have been leaked by @evleaks and @OnLeaks. Evan Blass had earlier tweeted that HTC would simply name the device the HTC 10, and not One M10. Earlier reports had suggested that the company may drop the ‘M10’ part of the name, and keep the One branding.

@OnLeaks had earlier posted pictures of the device along with ‘prototype specifications’ of the phone. As per his post, the HTC 10 may come with a 5.15-inch QHD display and USB-C port. It is also tipped to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor with Adreno 530 GPU and 4GB of RAM. He also mentions that the phone has a 12MP camera, which is in line with earlier reports that suggest that HTC will use a 12MP UltraPixel camera as the primary camera of the phone. @evleaks then posted press renders of the phone saying, "Can I play too?" HTC’s Chief Financial Officer had earlier said that the company’s future products may come with a “compelling” camera. HTC may launch the device on April 11 in London, and the company also sent a teaser image that focuses on the chamfered edge of the phone. However, in a separate tweet, Blass said that the phone might be launched on April 19, instead.
