Lava has recently launched its Virat Curve 5G in the sub-25,000 smartphone segment, which is already competitive. The device is in direct competition to the Realme P4R and Vivo T5 Lite. While the devices share some common specs, they have noticeable differences. The Lava Virat Curve 5G comes with a 6.67-inch MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset. While the Realme P4R comes with a 6.8-inch panel with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, the Vivo T5 Lite houses a 6.74-inch display and the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. The Lava Virat Curve 5G comes equipped with a 6.67-inch FHD+ 3D curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Other than that, the company also claims that the device can reach a peak brightness of 1,100 nits when used outdoors.
While the Vivo T5 Lite comes with a 6.74-inch LCD screen which is paired with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The smartphone also supports HD+ resolution and 1,200 nits peak brightness. The makers also give IP65 dust and water resistance protection with the device.
On the other hand, the Realme P4R 5G comes with a larger 6.8-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution. Unlike the Lava and Vivo devices, the Realme sports a higher 144 Hz refresh rate with its P4R model. Under direct sunlight the device can reach a peak brightness of 1,200 nits, and the display is also protected by Panda-1681 glass.

In terms of power, the Lava Virat Curve 5G uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset under the hood. Along with that, it also sports 6GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. The smartphone runs on Android 16 out of the box.
The Realme P4R comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, which is further clubbed with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs on Realme UI.
Vivo also offers the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC with its T5 Lite. Moreover, you can also choose from up to 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB internal storage. Out of the box it’s shipped with OriginOS.

Realme has packed its P4R 5G with an 8,000mAh battery, which is supported by 45W fast charging and bypass charging. Whereas the Vivo T5 Lite comes with a 6,500mAh battery along with 44W fast charging, and the Lava Virat Curve 5G gets a 6,000mAh battery with 45W charging.

Talking about the camera, the Lava Virat Curve 5G features a 50MP Sony IMX752 rear camera at the rear end. It also comes with a 13MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
Realme, on the other hand, houses a 50MP primary rear camera with its P4R 5G. The device also comes with an 8MP selfie camera. The Vivo T5 Lite comes equipped with a 50MP main camera along with a 0.08MP secondary sensor at the rear end. It also comes with a 5MP front camera sensor perfect for selfies and video calls.

The Lava Virat Curve 5G is priced at Rs 23,999, with a special launch offer bringing it to Rs 19,999, including bank offers. In comparison to that, the Realme P4R landed for Rs 18,999 but now sells for Rs 20,999. The Vivo T5 Lite was launched for Rs 19,999, but after the recent price hike, it usually sells for Rs 20,499.
