Asus Zenfone 2 with 64 GB inbuilt storage and 4G RAM priced at TWD 9,990.
Asus' Zenfone 2 64 GB variant will go on sale in Taiwan starting March 23, priced at TWD 9,990 (approx Rs. 19,900). The smartphone will be launched alongside the Asus ZenFone 2 ZE551ML with 4GB RAM and 32GB storage.
The Asus ZenFone 2 ZE551ML with 4GB of RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage is the company's most premium handset in the ZenFone 2 series. It has a 5.5 inch HD display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution. It has Intel Atom Z3580 2.3GHz quad-core processor with 4GB of RAM. The smartphone has a 13 MP rear camera with flash and a 5 MP front camera. It runs on Android 5.0 out-of-the-box with Zen UI on top. Connectivity options included in the device are dual sim, WiFi, 3G, Bluetooth, USB, GPS and NFC support. The smartphone is backed by a 3000 mAh battery. The Zenfone 2 is available in Glacier Grey, Osmium Black, Glamour Red, Ceramic White and Sheer Gold colors.
Asus launched the new ZenFone 2 series at an event in Taiwan last week. The Asus ZenFone 2 ZE551ML will be available in three variants – one with 2GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage, a second with 4GB RAM and 32 GB built-in storage, and third with 4GB RAM and 64GB built-in storage. However it hadn't revealed the pricing of the 64GB variant.
All three variants support microSD expandable memory up to 64GB. The smartphones will be launched in India and other south Asian markets in April. The company also launched new accessories named ZenFlash and LolliFlash at the event.
