Apple MacBook Air and Pro models get Valentine’s Day discounts, all offers
When we talk about business or productivity laptops, Apple’s MacBook is one of the first options that comes to mind. The MacBook is known for being a reliable, durable option for those looking for a new device that can handle all of their day’s work. The only reason, perhaps, that people stop themselves from buying a MacBook could be its often high price. If you’ve also been holding on to buy the latest MacBook Air or Pro models, here is some good news. Apple is now offering the laptops on a discount as part of its Valentine’s Day sale. However, there is a catch.
SurveyThe deals are not flat price cuts but instant cashback offers tied to specific bank cards. This means that the final price depends on how the payment is made at checkout. With that being said, let’s take a look at what discounts are in store.

MacBook Air M4 gets heavy discount
The biggest highlight of the Valentine’s Day promotion is the MacBook Air with the M4 chip, particularly the 13 inch base model. Apple originally launched this variant in India at a starting price of Rs 99,900, positioning it as a premium yet relatively accessible laptop for everyday users and light creators.
Under the ongoing offer, buyers using eligible ICICI, Axis, or American Express cards can receive an instant cashback of up to Rs 10,000. This brings the effective price down to Rs 89,900 on Apple’s official online store. The cashback is applied automatically during checkout, so there is no need for coupon codes or additional steps after purchase.
MacBook Pro models offer details
Apple has extended similar Valentine’s Day cashback benefits to select MacBook Pro models as well. The 14 inch MacBook Pro powered by the M4 chip, which normally carries a starting price of Rs 1,69,900, drops to an effective Rs 1,59,900 after the Rs 10,000 instant cashback is applied using supported bank cards. The larger 16 inch MacBook Pro equipped with the more powerful M4 Pro chip also receives the same cashback benefit, reducing its effective price from Rs 2,49,900 to about Rs 2,39,900.
Third-party store deals
If you don’t want to buy from Apple’s official websites and are open to buying your MacBook from a third party retail store, there are various offers that might get your attention. The most value-for-money offer here seems to be on the MacBook Air M4 base variant. The laptop is available for around Rs 89,990 on Vijay Sales, and on top of that, an additional bank discount of roughly Rs 5,000 can also be applied. This effectively drops the price to nearly Rs 84,990.
Coming to the Pro models, additional stacked discounts from major offline and online retailers are currently limited. Most third party sellers are matching Apple’s effective pricing for MacBook Pro laptops rather than beating it by a large margin. This means buyers looking for a MacBook Pro may find the official Apple store deal just as competitive as external retailers. The offer structure remains the same across channels, focusing on instant cashback rather than direct price cuts.
Hence, for those who are flexible about where they purchase from, these external retail deals may deliver slightly better value. However, stock availability and colour options can vary between sellers, which is something you will need to check before making a decision.
