Under the hood, the iPhone Ultra is expected to be powered by Apple’s A20 Pro chip, and may be backed by a 4,883 mAh battery. Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, and has a 4,800 mAh dual battery.

The Apple iPhone Ultra is rumoured to equip a 48MP dual camera setup on the back. For selfies and video calls, the upcoming foldable iPhone is expected to sport an 18MP camera on both displays. For comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 also has a dual rear camera setup, but with 50MP sensors. For selfies and video calls, the Samsung foldable equips two 10MP cameras, one on the outer screen and another on the main screen.

According to rumours, the Apple iPhone Ultra is likely to start around Rs 1,90,000 to Rs 2,50,000 in India. For comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 starts at Rs 1,79,999 and goes up to Rs 2,39,999.
