Canva down: Users unable to edit images, videos all over the world, company yet to respond

According to Downdetector, reports peaked at around 9:50 AM in India.

As expected, frustrated users head to X (formerly Twitter) to share their experiences and look out for the updates.

Canva down: Canva, one of the most popular design platforms, is currently facing a global outage. On DownDetector, an online outage monitoring platform, there are over 400 reports in US. Meanwhile, around 75 reports have been logged in India so far. Downdetector data shows that about 71 per cent of users are facing issues while editing and creating projects, 27 per cent reported problems with the website, and the remaining 2 per cent claimed they are experiencing issues while exporting and rendering creations.

According to Downdetector, reports peaked at around 9:50 AM in India. As expected, frustrated users head to X (formerly Twitter) to share their experiences and look out for the updates. While one user posted, ‘@canva bro choosing a really bad time to go down. Pleasee fix it asap’, another wrote, ‘Oh no! Canva is down again. Am I the only one who cannot upload any photos or images right now? Is anyone else facing the same issue?’

So far, Canva has not issued any official statement regarding the outage. For now, users facing issues with Canva will have to wait until the company identifies and fixes the problem.
