Sony may soon launch limited edition Ghost of Yotei PS5 in India
Sony often brings limited edition consoles and DualSense controllers themed around the release of a highly anticipated AAA game. And it is taking the same path for Sucker Punch Productions’ next, Ghost of Yotei as well. Successor to the highly acclaimed Ghost of Tsushima, the upcoming action adventure game releases on October 2 and the excitement around it is quite palpable. Sony just announced a set of limited-edition accessories that include PS5 consoles, DualSense controllers, and console covers.

These designs, inspired by the upcoming title, are already up for preorder globally and will be available starting October 2. Now, fresh reports suggest that Indian gamers could soon get their hands on them as well.
As per a report in IGN, sources indicate that the Ghost of Yotei-themed PS5 and DualSense controllers are likely to arrive in India soon. Pricing is tipped to be around Rs 7,490, in line with Sony’s previous limited-edition controllers like the one released for Death Stranding 2. If true, this would make India one of the key regions outside the US to receive the themed accessories.
The Ghost of Yotei controllers will be available in two variants – black and gold – each etched with intricate designs inspired by the game. The gold edition, in particular, draws from the Japanese art of kintsugi, which highlights beauty in imperfection using gold to repair broken ceramics. Subtle motifs also reference Atsu’s Ghost mask, along with hand-drawn icons from her map. The controller features a silhouette of Atsu herself, and both versions carry a special maker’s seal engraved with PlayStation symbols.
While the PS5 console bundles and themed console covers are confirmed for international markets, their Indian availability remains less clear. The bundles, which include a Ghost of Yotei-themed PS5 and a matching DualSense controller, retail for $599.99 in the US and are expected to hover around ₹55,000 if they make it here.
For now, the highlight for Indian players will likely be the DualSense controllers, which combine the full functionality of haptic feedback and adaptive triggers with a collector’s design that ties directly to one of PlayStation’s most anticipated releases of the year.
