Netflix has already confirmed that One Piece season 3 is officially on the way, but an exact release date has not been revealed yet. But, it is confirmed to premiere sometime in 2027. Although the wait may seem long, the release timeline is not surprising. The series features large sets and advanced visual effects, all of which require significant time to create.

One Piece season 3 plot
The upcoming season will pick up after the events of season 2, where Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates decide to support Princess Vivi. According to the official logline, a rebellion “threatens to tear the nation apart, fueled in secret by one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, the ruthless Sir Crocodile, and his underground syndicate Baroque Works, who seek to conquer Alabasta for themselves.” “In a season defined by unbreakable bonds and impossible choices, the Straw Hats must face a brewing civil war and a powerful warlord to save Vivi’s kingdom before it crumbles into the sand.”
One Piece season 3 is also confirmed to introduce several new locations, powerful villains, and some of the toughest battles the Straw Hats have faced so far.
