Bridgerton season 5 plot

The fifth season will follow Francesca Bridgerton after the death of her husband, John Stirling. After the death of her husband, she decides to step away from society and live a quiet life as she deals with her grief.

Things begin to change after Michaela Stirling, John’s cousin, returns to take care of the Stirling family estate. Francesca and Michaela spend more time together, and their friendship slowly grows stronger. As they support each other, their bond develops into something much deeper.

Bridgerton season 5 release timeline

Netflix has confirmed that Bridgerton season 5 will premiere in 2027. However, the streaming service has not announced the exact release date yet. Like all previous seasons, the new chapter will be available exclusively on Netflix.

Bridgerton season 5 cast

Hannah Dodd will return to play Francesca Bridgerton and will lead the upcoming season. Masali Baduza will also reprise her role as Michaela Stirling, who plays a key role in Francesca’s story. The next season will also introduce several new faces, including Tega Alexander, Jacqueline Boatswain and Gemma Knight Jones.

You will be happy to know Netflix has already renewed Bridgerton for a sixth season. This confirms that the story will continue after season 5.
