New tools in Reels
Instagram announced the addition of 10 new English text-to-speech voices, which are available in select countries. Alongside this, six new text fonts and styles have been added, offering a wide range of options across hundreds of languages. Additionally, users can enhance the visibility of their text by incorporating outlines for improved clarity.
Also, Instagram is testing the ability for users to scale, crop and rotate individual clips. In addition, users will soon be able to edit videos with undo and redo features. A new media clip hub will also be added that will allow users to make new memes by adding clips with audio to their Reels.
Moreover, users will soon be able to preview their drafts, rename them and schedule them in advance.

New photo filters
The latest announcement brings new photo filters to Instagram, empowering users to craft their desired vibe by editing both photos and carousels. Ranging from subtle colour adjustments to expressive styles, these filters offer a wide array of options, simplifying the process of experimenting with different aesthetics for posts.
Improved Insights
You will now see a new Reels metric called Replays. Now, replays will be counted in the Reels Plays.
In addition, Instagram is rolling out the ability for creators to see how many people are watching their Reel on a moment-by-moment basis with the interactive Retention Chart.
Custom stickers
To help users make more unique Reels and stories, Instagram is testing the ability to create custom stickers from the camera roll’s photos and videos, or from eligible photos and videos users see on Instagram.
