Performance:Xiaomi 14 is a premium smartphone that is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset paired with up to 16GB of RAM. It has a sleek metal frame and offers IP68 dust and water resistance. The phone weighs 193 grams, which is slightly on the heavier side. In performance benchmarks, the Xiaomi 14 was slightly behind the Vivo X100 Pro. Its GPU performance outpaces competitors like the OnePlus 12 and Samsung Galaxy S24.

Display:The 6.36-inch AMOLED LTPO display supports 120Hz refresh rate and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Xiaomi claims that the display can get up to 3,000 nits bright but we measured a full field peak brightness of 970 nits under casual room lighting. In terms of software, the Xiaomi 14 runs on Xiaomi's new HyperOS UI with some notable features like app cloning and a hibernation mode.
