Best BLDC fans under Rs 4,000 in India: Top powerful and energy saving ceiling fans in 2026

A few years back, I would just buy a fan from a reputed brand, factoring in only size, speed and price. But now, while planning a fan for my living room, I decided to choose BLDC ceiling fans. For the unversed, BLDC stands for Brushless Direct Current, and compared to a traditional induction motor, this is considered more efficient, easy to manufacture and robust under varying environmental conditions. Theoretically, they are said to cut power use by roughly 60%, which means lower electricity bills, longer inverter backup, and more stable performance during voltage fluctuations. Here, we have shortlisted five of the best BLDC ceiling fans based on factors like airflow, sweep size, speed/velocity, energy consumption, noise control, and brand reliability. You can see these details mentioned under each of the contenders below, so that you know which one to pick based on your requirement.

The following ranking is based on ascending order of price. Speaking of which, the price and availability of these fans may change over time.

Atomberg Renesa Enzel 1400mm

Sweep size: 1400mm | Air delivery: 255 CMM | Velocity: 290 RPM | Noise: <57dB | 5-star BEE rating Wattage: 35w

The 1400mm sweep still gives the Atomberg Renesa Enzel a clear advantage in air spread and room coverage. Even at 35W, it delivers 255 CMM, which is significantly higher in absolute terms. It should work better than any 1200mm fan for large spaces.

Atomberg may as well be the brand that popularised BLDC fans in India. This fan has an LED indicator, a universal remote that allows you to adjust speed and activate dedicated modes like Boost, Timer, and Sleep. Design-wise, it has a compact body with designer aluminium blades and a gloss finish.

Price: : Rs 3,799

Crompton Energion Cromair 1200mm

Sweep size: 1200mm | Air delivery: 220 CMM | Velocity: 350 RPM | Noise: NA | 5-star BEE rating | | Wattage: 28w

Crompton Energion Cromair is the most balanced fan here. It uses 28W to deliver 220 CMM at a stable 350 RPM, which is efficient without pushing extremes. So, you can expect good cooling without much increase in power consumption. The company claims that because of its low power draw, it can run up to 3 times longer on an inverter battery compared to standard fans.

It covers a 1200mm area. It comes with anti-corrosive aluminium blades and a decorative semi-decorative design, often available in premium finishes like Golden Ivory or Red Walnut Copper. You also get a remote control.

Price: : Rs 3,899

Bajaj Energon 1200mm

Sweep size: 1200mm | Air delivery: 215 CMM | Velocity: 340 RPM | Noise: NA | 5-star BEE rating | Wattage: 26w

This is the most efficient fan in the list. At 26W, it uses the least power, and the airflow is decent at 215 CMM. That means lower electricity bills and longer inverter backup without sacrificing usable airflow. The higher RPM should also ensure quick cooling in smaller to medium rooms.

The sweep size is par for the course at 1200mm, and the swinging speed is also fast at 340 RPM. Although we don’t have noise data from the brand, it is said not to have the machine noise, thanks to the BLDC motor.

Price: Rs 3,899

Havells Ambrose Slim 1200mm

Sweep size: 1200mm | Air delivery: 225 CMM | Velocity: 350 RPM | Noise: 65dB | 5-star BEE rating Wattage: 32w

The Havells Ambrose Slim is a safe, well-rounded BLDC fan with 350 RPM, 225 CMM air delivery rate, but it does that at 32 watts. So, it comes with performance gains, design and brand reliability. But it doesn’t stand out in any aspect.

You also get a radio frequency remote that works from any direction and sports timer settings (1/2/3/4 hours) and specialised modes like Sleep, Breeze, and Boost.

Price: Rs 3,990

Activa Jetta 1200MM

Sweep size: 1200mm | Air delivery: 225 CMM | Velocity: 380 RPM | Noise: NA | 5-star BEE rating | | Wattage: 28w

At 28W and 380 RPM, Activa Jetta remains one of the fastest fans here. Airflow figures are also impressive, which should be useful in peak summer conditions.

It comes in a wooden finish, has inverter support, 6-speed control, a booster mode for maximum air, and a timer for automatic shut-off.

Price: Rs 3,999

Other strong options to consider in this range include the Polycab Silencio Mini, Orient Electric I Tome Pro, Colorbot Knoxx Quad, and KUHL Brise Star E5 Duo.
