OnePlus Watch has officially launched alongside the OnePlus 9 series in India. The company’s first smartwatch has officially made its debut expanding its wearables portfolio the OnePlus Watch is available in two classic colours and a Cobalt Limited Edition. The OnePlus Watch has a premium build, but it does not run on Google’s WearOS. Let’s take a brief look at the pricing, features and availability of the OnePlus Watch.

The OnePlus Watch is priced at Rs 14,999 in India and will go on sale sometime in April across offline and online stores.

The OnePlus Watch has a round dial that’s crafted using 316L stainless steel for the classic versions and cobalt alloy for the Cobalt Limited Edition. The classic models are paired with a silicone strap while the Cobalt Limited Edition also gets an additional vegan leather strap. OnePlus Watch measures 10.9 millimetres in thickness and the classic versions weigh 76 grams while the Cobalt edition weighs 67 grams.

OnePlus Watch features a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with a 454×454 pixels resolution and 326 ppi ratio. The screen on the classic Midnight Black and Moonlight Silver versions is topped with a layer of 2.5D curved glass while the Cobalt edition gets a sapphire glass protecting the display. The OnePlus Watch is also IP68 rated making it resistant to dust and water.

The OnePlus smartwatch connects to your Android smartphone via the OnePlus Health app. It lets users receive notifications directly on the smartwatch, manage calls and messages, music playback, remote camera control and more. The smartwatch also connects with the OnePlus TV and can be controlled from the OnePlus Watch.

The OnePlus Watch has a slew of sensors including a SpO2 blood-oxygen monitor, heart rate sensor and more. It also has over 110 preset workout modes and records your daily activities to provide actionable insights that users can act on. 

The OnePlus Watch is said to offer two weeks of battery backup from its 402mAh power cell and charges via a two-pogo pin adapter.
