Well, it wasn't just voice calls but messages and other Jio services weren't also working during this outage.
Update: Jio's SMS services are also down and users cannot send or receive SMS messages at the moment.

The reports surfaced on DownDetector too. As per the website, the issue had mainly affected metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata.
