ZTE has launched its new flagship device, the AXON 7 in China, with other markets to follow shortly. The phone has an all metal build, which the company designed in partnership with Designworks, a subsidiary of BMW. It will be available in two versions, Standard and Premium. The Standard version offers 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, while the Premium version offers 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Both versions will be available in Ion Gold and Quartz Grey colour variants.

The ZTE AXON 7 features a 5.2-inch QHD AMOLED display and is powered by a 2.15GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC. At the back of the device is a 20MP camera with phase detection autofocus, OIS, and a f/1.8 aperture lens, while at the front is an 8MP camera. The phone is equipped with a 3250mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0, and runs Android Marshmallow v6.0 with MiFavor4.0 UI layered over it. The device also features a  fingerprint sensor and dual speakers with Dolby Atmos Surround Sound.
