The Xiaomi Mi 11 will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC.
It is expected to house the 108MP primary camera, the same one we saw on the Mi 10 and Mi 10T.
It is expected to run on Android 11 out of the box.
Xiaomi is all set to launch the Mi 11 on December 28 and it looks like the design and specifications of the phone have leaked online just days before the launch. If the leaks are to be believed, then we have a pretty good look at the design and specifications of the smartphone. Kicking things off with the specifications, it was known that the smartphone will run on the latest Snapdragon 888 SoC but now we know that it is clocked at 2.84GHz. The leak also reveals that the smartphone runs on Android 11 with Mi UI 12 overlaying it. It also appears as though the phone has 12GB RAM.
Coming to the display, it is speculated that the Mi 11 could house a QHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. For the optics, it looks like the smartphone will have the same 108MP primary camera that we saw on the Mi 10 (review) and the Mi 10T. It is expected that the camera on the Mi 11 could see some improvements in the pictures it takes thanks to computational photography.
Moving over to the design of the smartphone, it looks like the Mi 11 will have a curved screen up front wrapping around the edges of the smartphone. The rear also looks to have a matte finish. It is also expected to offer 4 colour options.
The Mi 11 will launch in China first on December 28 but it is expected to go on sale in India and the rest of the world in 2021. There is no information on the pricing of the smartphone.
