Sony has launched the Xperia XA Ultra Smartphone in India at Rs. 29,990. The phone features a large 6-inch Full HD display and is powered by a MediaTek Helio P10 SoC with 3GB of RAM. The phone also offers 16GB of storage that can be expanded by up to 200GB via a microSD card. There is also a 2700mAh battery, which the company claims can offer up to two days of battery life. The device offers dual nano SIM slots and runs on Android Marshmallow v6.0.

While the Sony Xperia XA Ultra features a 21.5MP rear camera with Hybrid autofocus, the highlight of the device is the 16MP front camera. It sports an 88 degree wide angle lens, flash, as well as Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS). The camera also has a feature in which users can start a countdown to a photograph by raising their hand. Further, those who purchase the Xperia XA Ultra will also get free content worth Rs. 2,000 from applications such as Sony LIV, Hungama Play and Kindle.

Sony has already launched two X-series smartphones in India. The Sony Xperia X was launched at a price of Rs. 48,990 and features a 5-inch FHD display, Snapdragon 650 SoC, and 3GB of RAM. The other device recently launched by the company in the country is the Sony Xperia XA. Priced at Rs. 20,990, the device features a 5-inch HD display, MediaTek Helio P10 SoC, and 2GB of RAM.
