OnePlus is all set to shake the mid-range smartphone market as we enter 2026. The announcement of the OnePlus Turbo series was made on Weibo last week by OnePlus China President Li Jie. However, the device may only carry that name in the Chinese market and could be shipped globally under the Nord series, including India. The device is expected to arrive with a large display with a 1.5K resolution and is expected to pack a massive 9,000mAh battery. On the software front, the device may run OxygenOS out of the box, which is based on Android 16. Here’s everything we know so far about the OnePlus Turbo, including its display, specifications, colours, launch timeline, and more.
SurveyOnePlus Turbo: Design (Leaked)
As per the recent leaks, the design of the OnePlus Turbo is expected to be somewhere similar to the current style of OnePlus 15 models. However, the device is expected to be bulky primarily due to the inclusion of a large battery. The back panel is expected to be glossy and mostly plastic, and the recent images shared by Android Authority clearly show that the camera module sits in the upper-left corner and houses two rear cameras.
