Intex Cloud X1+ and Cloud Y11 entry-level Android smartphones launched

Intex targets the entry-level segment with its new Android smartphones priced below Rs. 5,000. Both the new Intex phones support dual-SIM and 1GHz processor.

Intex has launched two entry-level dual-SIM Android smartphones – Cloud X1 and Cloud Y11 – priced at Rs. 2,990 and Rs. 4,490 respectively.

The Intex Cloud X1 has a 3.5-inch capacitive display with 320×480 pixels resolution. It runs on Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread OS and is powered by a 1GHz processor coupled with 128MB of RAM. The smartphone features a 2MP camera, 256MB of ROM and includes GSM and Wi-Fi connectivity options.

The Cloud X1 comes preloaded with pre-installed apps such as WhatsApp, Opera Mini and Intex Cloud. There’s a 1,250 mAh battery.

The Intex Cloud Y11 has a 4-inch display with 480×800 pixel resolution. The smartphone runs 1 GHz processor along with 256 MB of RAM. It has 512 MB of built-in storage. For connectivity, the smartphone supports 3G and Wi-Fi. It has 2 megapixel camera at the back and VGA camera in the front. The Cloud Y11 3G enable edition packs 1400 mAh battery.

Intex Cloud Y11

Intex had unveiled the Cloud Y12, Y11, X11, X1 and Aqua i15 smartphones in January this year. The company recently launched the Cloud Y12, a 4-inch dual-SIM Android smartphone. The Cloud Y12 features 2MP camera, VGA front camera, 4GB of ROM and 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity.
