Infinix has launched their latest smartphone, the Hot S3 in India. It will be available in two variants, one with 3GB RAM/32GB storage and another with 4GB RAM/64GB ROM priced at Rs 8,999 and Rs 10,999 respectively. The highlight of the device is its thin-bezel design with 81 percent screen to body ratio and a 20MP front-facing camera with dual LED soft flash. It will be exclusively available via Flipkart starting 12 PM on February 12 in Sandstone black and Brush Gold colour options.
Coming to the specifications, the Infinix Hot S3 features a 5.65-inch HD+ display with 720 x 1440p resolution. It is powered by Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 430 chipset and comes with the above-mentioned memory configurations. The internal storage of the device can also be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. The smartphone is backed by a 4000mAh battery and sports a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
In terms of optics, the Hot S3 features a single 13MP rear camera with PDAF support and f/2.0 aperture lens. It sports a 20MP front facing camera for selfies, which is supplemented with dual LED soft flash, 5P Lens and a f/2.0 aperture lens. The dual-SIM device runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box with with company’s own XOS v3.0 OS layered on top. In terms of connectivity, it supports VoLTE, ViLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack and a micro USB port for charging.
