The device is tipped to sport a 5.5-inch FHD display, and may be unveiled at MWC 2017

Images of the successor to last year’s HTC One X9 have been leaked. Slashleaks has posted two images of a device called the HTC One X10, which show the front and back of the device. The images suggest that the phone will have a metal build and will sport a different design than its predecessor. The phone has a centrally placed rear camera with a fingerprint sensor below it. The One X9’s rear camera was located in the corner and it didn’t come with a fingerprint sensor.

The images also match up to the renders that were posted on VentureBeat earlier this year. As per the report, the HTC One X10 may sport a 5.5-inch Full HD display. It is expected to be powered by a 1.9GHz MediaTek Helio MT6755 SoC with 3GB of RAM. The device may come with a 16.3MP camera at the back, while it may have a 7.9MP camera in the front. It is also tipped to offer 32GB of storage. The phone will most likely come with Android Nougat and may be unveiled at MWC 2017.

HTC launched its U series of phones earlier this year with the HTC U Ultra and the HTC U Play. The HTC U Ultra will be launched in India tomorrow and features a 5.7-inch QHD display with a smaller secondary display. Both phones come with an AI-powered assistant called HTC Sense companion, which the company claims will learn user behavior and deliver prioritised notifications on a secondary display.
