The HTC Desire 816g, variant of the recently launched Desire 816, features 1.2GHZ quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and dual-SIM connectivity.

HTC has officially announced the Desire 816g, Desire 820 and Desire 820q smartphones in India. The Desire 816g, a dual-SIM smartphone, will be available from next month for Rs. 18,990. HTC hasn't revealed pricing of the Desire 820 and 820q yet, but confirmed the availability in early November.

The HTC Desire 816g, variant of the recently launched Desire 816, has a 5.5-inch 720p display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor along with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone has 13MP rear camera with BSI sensor, f/2.2, 28mm lens and 1080p video recording, and 5MP front facing camera with BSI sensor and 1080p video recording.

It has 16GB built-in storage, supports additional storage up to 128GB via microSD. Connectivity options include dual-SIM connectivity, 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, Bluetooth and GPS. The Desire 816g is powered by a 2600 mAh battery.

The HTC Desire 820 is touted as one of the first Android smartphones with Qualcomm's new 64-bit Snapdragon 615 SoC.

The HTC Desire 820 has a 5.5-inch 720p display. It has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. The device has 13 MP rear camera with with f/2.2 aperture and BSI sensor, and 8MP front camera. The Desire 820 also features HTC’s BoomSound technology with its two front facing speakers.

For connectivity, the smartphone supports dual-SIM connectivity, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, microUSB v2.0 and Bluetooth 4.0. The Desire 820 is also powered by a 2600 mAh battery.

The HTC Desire 820q has similar specifications of the 820 except that it is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM.
