Honor partners with Flipkart to sell Honor 20-Series phones.
The phones will launch on May 21 in London and June 11 in India.
Huawei sub-brand Honor is expected to launch the Honor 20 Series of phones, the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro, in London on May 21. The devices will also launch in India on June 11, and the company has now confirmed that it has partnered with e-commerce giant Flipkart to sell the handsets on the platform. Multiple leaks have suggested that the phones will be centred around cameras.

This series is a testimony to our unparalleled commitment to deliver great quality products and we are confident it will change the market dynamics,” Suhail Tariq, CMO, Honor India, said in a statement.

Tariq’s comments are in harmony with Honor India President, Charles Peng's recents statement, where he stressed on the “need to better products, brand experience, technology, and design”. When he confirmed the India launch of the Honor 20 series earlier this month, he noted, “You deserve better and striving for better has yielded in one of the most exciting new launches – the stunning new Honor 20 series that we will be announcing shortly.”

The Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro are the two new phones in the Honor 20 Series, which has already seen the launch of the Honor 20i in China. Both the upcoming phones are expected to have Huawei’s flagship Kirin 980 chipset under the hood. The Honor 20 is speculated to feature a 6.1-inch OLED display with waterdrop notch and sixth-generation in-display fingerprint sensor. The device is expected to sport a rear triple camera setup with 48MP + 20MP + 8MP sensors. On the front, it may have a 32MP sensor. It could get a 3,650 mAh battery with support for 22.5W fast charging.

Meanwhile, the Honor 20 Pro may get a 6.5-inch punch-hole display with the camera cavity on the top left corner of the screen. Unlike the Honor 20’s triple camera setup, the Honor 20 Pro is speculated to feature an AI-assisted quad-cam setup at the back. The phone is rumoured to feature the Sony IMX600 40MP camera sensor that’s also found on the Huawei P30 Pro. The phone may get a 4,000 mAh battery.
