Here’s some new information on Project Tango, Moto Z and more

Images of Lenovo’s upcoming Project Tango smartphone and a teaser for the Moto Z have been leaked

Lenovo is tipped to unveil a host of new devices at its Tech World event including its new smartphone under Google’s Project Tango and the Moto Z. The event is scheduled to start tomorrow and images alleged to be of the Project Tango smartphone have been leaked. Steve Hemmerstoffer, aka @OnLeaks has posted two images of the upcoming device. Judging by the images, the phone will come with three cameras at the back, including one for 3D depth sensing. There also appears to be fingerprint sensor located below the camera setup. At the front, the phone may come with three capacitive navigation buttons instead of on screen buttons. A few days ago, @evleaks had suggested that the device will be called the Lenovo PHAB2 Pro and will feature a large 6.4-inch QHD display.

Further, Weibo user, ucanup, has posted an image which appears to be a teaser for the upcoming Moto Z smartphone. The image shows the device from the side and it matches up to the images and renders that have leaked before, including the placement of the buttons and the rear camera bump. The Moto Z is tipped to feature modular backplates called MotoMods as well as replaceable back covers called Style Mods.

Besides these two devices, Lenovo may also unveil the Moto E (2016) at the event. An image of the Bluetooth certification of three Lenovo devices have been posted by MobileXpose.com and two of those (XT1700 and XT1706) are speculated to be the new Moto E smartphones. The third generation of the device is tipped to feature 5-inch HD displays and may be powered by a MediaTek SoCs with 2GB of RAM. The devices are also expected to come with 8MP and 5MP cameras with Android Marshmallow v6.0.
