Lenovo has added two new ThinkPads to its professional laptop range, the ThinkPad P1 and the ThinkPad P72. Both the laptops are powered by the latest 8th Generation Intel Xeon processors, which means that one can expect workstation-like performance from the devices. Lenovo touts the ThinkPad P1 as its “thinnest, lightest and sleekest mobile workstation” yet as it measures at 18.4mm and weighs at 1.7 kgs. The Thinkpad P72 is the successor to the last year’s P71 and it comes with some noticeable upgrades, both in terms of hardware and design. The two thin and light laptops will go on sale by the end August and the Lenovo ThinkPad P1 will cost $1,949 (Rs 1,35,700 approx), while the ThinkPad P72 is priced at $1,799 (Rs. 125,400 approx).
