Apple unveils WWDC24 dates: Check out these 3 things we expect this year
Apple could be announcing partnerships with big names like Google and OpenAI to up its AI game.
It is also expected that both iOS and macOS might get to see major changes.
We might even get to see new AirPods models.
Apple has finally announced the date of its much-awaited Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), slated to begin on June 10th and extend until June 14th. This annual event is where Apple unveils its latest software updates and introduces all that has been happening behind closed doors at the Apple R&D centres. This year, the entire tech community cumulatively is expecting AI to take centre stage at the WWDC24.
Though there’s still time for the WWDC24 here’s what we expect can happen at Apple’s developer conference.

AI to take most of the space at WWDC24
As we are moving head first into the AI revolution, it is time that the tech giant pulls up its socks and thinks AI. And we hope that complaints will be taken care of during this year’s WWDC. Rumours suggest that the company could be announcing partnerships with big names like Google and OpenAI to up its AI game. The company might even open up its platform to all AI developers. We could even get to see an AI App Store and an AI update Siri.
New iOS and macOS
With AI taking centre stage, fans are expecting that both iOS and macOS might get to see major changes. Apple might even unveil the highly-anticipated iOS 18 during the conference. There’s also buzz about customizable app icons and new features like “scenes” in Freeform.

Updated AirPod models
Among other things, we might even get to see new AirPods models, including noise-cancelling versions. Fans are also excited about updates to the AirPods Max headphones. We might get to see the USB-C port on it.
Speaking about the upcoming conference, Susan Prescott, Apple’s VP of Worldwide Developer Relations, said, “We’re so excited to connect with developers from around the world for an extraordinary week of technology and community at WWDC24”.
