Apple has announced a new subscription called Creator Studio. The company describes Creator Studio as a “groundbreaking collection of powerful creative apps designed to put studio-grade power into the hands of everyone.” The bundle brings together access to six creative apps, along with new AI-powered tools and premium content, under one monthly or yearly plan. With a Creator Studio subscription, users get access to six professional apps. These include:

  • Final Cut Pro on the Mac and iPad
  • Logic Pro on the Mac and iPad
  • Pixelmator Pro on the Mac and iPad
  • Motion on the Mac
  • Compressor on the Mac
  • MainStage on the Mac

In addition to these apps, Apple is offering exclusive AI features and premium content. These extras will be available not only in Final Cut Pro and Pixelmator Pro, but also in Apple’s iWork apps, like Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.

Apple says each app will continue to be available as a one-time purchase, but there will also be Creator Studio versions.

Apple Creator Studio India pricing and availability

In India, pricing is set at Rs 399 per month or Rs 3,999 per year. Apple is also offering special education pricing for college students and educators at Rs 199 per month or Rs 1,999 per year.

The service will be available on the App Store starting January 28. All new subscribers will get a one-month free trial, and customers who buy a new Mac or eligible iPad can receive three months free. The subscription also supports Family Sharing, allowing up to six family members to use the apps.

It’s important to note that the tech giant will continue to offer free versions of Keynote, Pages and Numbers.
