Call of Duty: Mobile adds new short events till the launch of Season 7
HIGHLIGHTS

Call of Duty: Mobile has added some short events to the game

The events should tide players over till the launch of Season 7

These events give players the chance to earn sprays, frames and weapon skins.

A few days ago, Activision announced that it would be delaying the new updates to Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Mobile in the wake of the civil unrest in the United States. Call of Duty: Mobile’s new Season 7, Radioactive Agent update was due to be available this week. Understandably, this led to many of the players getting disheartened. However, it seems like the developers are making up for the delay by offing players the chance to earn a bunch of in-game items while the update comes.

The first is a new daily login bonus that will go on till June 11. Called Final Frontier, the event gives players rewards for each day they log in till June 11 up to a maximum of seven days. Prizes include a new spray called Omen and a new Wild West avatar frame. There are also two weapons. The first is a new knife with the Sand Dunes skin, while the other is the Bandit skin for the DL Q33 sniper rifle.

There is also a featured event called One Last Farewell that will go on till June 9. This gives players multiple challenges to complete. This ranges from cumulative online time to playing certain CTF matches, and more. As the player completes these challenges, they keep earning rewards. The rewards unlocked in order are the Dead or Alive spray, the Maverick spray, the Revolver frame, and Moonstone Knife.

On top of this, the developers have also added a new feature called Solo Shield that aims to protect Ranked players. In the event that a player ranked between Elite and Legendary is killed off early, they will not lose Rank XP. Currently, Solo Shield is only active for Ranked Battle Royale Matches and will only work for five matches.
