While many expected JioHotstar to announce the streaming premiere, Netflix has revealed that the action drama will arrive on its platform on May 15 for viewers outside India. Indian audiences will still have to wait for an official release date in the country. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film follows undercover spy Jaskirat Singh Ranghi as he faces danger, betrayal, and emotional loss while working inside Pakistan. While the Indian audience has been waiting for JioHotstar to announce the release date, as per Bollywood hungama Netflix has now unexpectedly confirmed that Dhurandhar 2 will make its OTT debut on the streaming platform from May 15.
However, there’s a catch, as the movie will only be available for international audiences, while viewers in India will have to wait longer to enjoy it from the comfort of their couches.

Dhurandhar 2: Storyline
Dhurandhar: The Revenge is the story of an Indian spy named Jaskirat Singh Ranghi who went to Pakistan as an undercover agent. The movie showcases the hardships he has to face in Pakistan, especially when he tries entering Pakistani politics.
While Dhurandhar 2 is high on action scenes, it also has portions of love and romance between Hamza and Yalina. The second iteration of the movie also focuses on the way he used to collect intel and pass it on to the Indian government so that the country could deal with the terrorists.
Not only that, but it also contains emotional scenes as he loses some of his allies, and an unexpected turn of events happens when Jameel Jamali is introduced as an Indian spy who saved the King of Lyari by providing him with safe passage to India.

Written and directed by Aditya Dhar, the movie Dhurandhar: The Revenge features Ranveer Singh as Hamza Ali Mazari, also known as Jaskirat Singh Rangi. The film also stars Akshaye Khanna as Rehman Dakait, Sanjay Dutt as S.P. Choudhary Aslam, Arjun Rampal as Major Iqbal, and R. Madhavan as Ajit Sanyal. Other important roles include Sara Arjun as Yalina Jamali, Rakesh Bedi as Jameel Jamali, and Danish Pandor as Uzair Baloch.
The supporting cast further includes Saumya Tandon as Ulfat, Rehman’s wife, Gaurav Gera as Mohammad Aalam, Manav Gohil as Sushant Bansal, Naveen Kaushik as Donga, and Akash Khurana as Devavrat Kapoor.
