Next Level Performance

The 13th Gen Intel Core desktop processors now come with up to 24 cores and support up to 32 threads. Performance cores are capable of reaching 5.8 GHz with Intel Thermal Velocity Boost to elevate performance. Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.03 further strengthens lightly threaded performance by identifying the best-performing Performance-cores and then directing the most critical workloads to them.
Meanwhile, additional E-cores enable an increase in Intel Smart Cache (L3) for more efficient processing of larger data sets. The P-core and E-core L2 cache has also increased compared to the previous generation of Intel processors, minimizing the amount of time spent swapping data between cache and memory to speed up gaming, creativity, or productivity workflow.1
With the latest 13th Gen Intel Core desktop processors, you get many performance and feature advantages that include:

  • Scalable Performance per Watt: Up to 41% better performance with higher wattage compared to the previous generation3
  • Better Performance across Use Cases: Up to 10% better overall performance, up to 7% better productivity, and up to 15% better creativity compared to the previous generation4
  • Leadership Gaming Performance: Up to 22% (The Riftbreaker), 18% (Conqueror’s Blade), 13% (League of Legends, Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered), 12% (Hitman 3, Far Cry 6) better gaming performance compared to the competition5
  • Designed For Platform Flexibility: Forward and backward compatibility with leading motherboard brands and support for both DDR5 and DDR4 memory6

Seamless Immersion

You can indulge in the ultimate immersive experiences, whether engaging in intense gaming and creating or highly focused work sessions with the 13th Gen Intel Core desktop processors. Enhanced Intel UHD Graphics driven by Intel’s Xe Architecture7 give you vibrant, high-quality visual support for up to 8K60 HDR video and up to 4 simultaneous 4K60 displays. You can also enjoy efficient noise suppression and professional voice output with the Intel Gaussian & Neural Accelerator 3.0 (Intel GNA). These premier sensory experiences are enabled by the best-in-class wired and wireless connectivity provided by Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6/6E,8 which intelligently manages and routes Internet traffic to help you stay connected to the fastest channels.
Superior Gaming and Creating Experience

Built for modern gaming, streaming, and recording, Intel’s performance hybrid architecture with up to eight Performance-cores and up to 16 Efficient-core1 provides an incredible experience for gaming, streaming and recording. 13th Gen Intel Core desktop processors enable better system performance – even through the most demanding of multitasking workloads. This includes up to 15% better single-threaded performance (for running tasks using only a single thread in the processor) and up to 41% better multi-threaded performance (where a task is divided into multiple software threads for simultaneous processing)9.
With increased cores, threads and cache, the 13th Gen Intel Core desktops deliver a seamless user experience that helps you stay focused and keeps you immersed in the creative flow.

Unmatched Overclocking Experience10

As a gamer, the 13th Gen Intel Core processor offers a great overclocking experience for you whether you’re a beginner or an expert. You can see higher average overclocking speeds across P-cores, E-cores and DDR5 memory. Intel also updated its easy one-click overclocking feature, Intel Speed Optimizer, to support 13th Gen Intel Core processors so you can overclock with minimal effort. And the robust Intel Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) 3.0 ecosystem provides a wide selection of overclocking modules. When coupled with Intel Dynamic Memory Boost, this feature provides a hassle-free memory overclocking experience with both DDR4 and DDR5.
With 13th Gen Intel Core processors, you can ascend leaderboards, create worlds, and crunch numbers — all at once with next-generation performance.

Footnotes (disclaimers):

1Increased cores from previous generation on the unlocked i9, i7, and i5 processors.
2Performance hybrid architecture combines two core microarchitectures, Performance-cores (P-cores) and Efficient-cores (E-cores), on a single processor die first introduced on 12th Gen Intel Core processors. Select 13th Gen Intel Core processors do not have performance hybrid architecture, only P-cores, and have same cache size as prior generation; see ark.intel.com for SKU details.
