1. ASUS Vivobook S 15 (Snapdragon X Elite): 89,990

ASUS Vivobook S 15, 15.6 3K OLED Snapdragon X Elite Processor

The ASUS Vivobook S 15 sits at the top of this list with its powerful Snapdragon X Elite processor. Priced at ₹89,990, this laptop packs some serious punch without cutting corners elsewhere. The 15.6-inch 3K OLED display is genuinely gorgeous, with rich colours and deep blacks that make everything from spreadsheets to Netflix look fantastic.

With 16GB of RAM clocked at 8448 MHz and a large 1TB SSD, you won’t struggle with multitasking. Despite having a 15.6-inch screen, it weighs only 1.42 kg, making it easy to carry around. The 70WHr battery is a major highlight, lasting through a full workday and then some.

The Qualcomm AI Engine delivers up to 75 total TOPS (Trillion Operations Per Second) with a dedicated 45 TOPS NPU for AI tasks, making this laptop a powerhouse for next-generation applications. Additional features include military-grade durability (MIL-STD 810H), a 120Hz refresh rate on the display, and a 1080p webcam with Windows Hello face recognition.

2. Acer Swift Go 14 (Snapdragon X Plus): 59,990

Acer Swift Go 14 Snapdragon X Plus

If you’re working with a tighter budget, the Acer Swift Go 14 at ₹59,990 is a solid entry point into ARM-based Windows laptops. It comes with the Snapdragon X Plus processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD, covering all the basics at a competitive price.

The 14.5-inch display offers a good balance between screen size and portability, with the laptop weighing just 1.32 kg. Battery life is impressive, with over 26 hours from a single charge, perfect for students or professionals who spend long days away from power outlets.

The laptop comes with Wi-Fi 7, a 45 TOPS NPU for AI workloads, a 180-degree hinge angle, and all the other features you can expect from Copilot+pc without spending too much.

3. Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 (Snapdragon X Plus): 64,990

Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 Co-Pilot PC Snapdragon X Plus

At ₹64,990, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 hits a nice middle ground in our selection. It has the Snapdragon X Plus processor and 16GB of RAM, but ups the storage to a generous 1TB SSD – a worthwhile upgrade over the Acer Swift Go 14 for just ₹5,000 more.

The 14-inch display works well for most tasks, and at 1.48 kg, it’s still light enough for daily travel. Lenovo makes some of the best keyboards in the business, which is a big plus if you type a lot. The cloud grey finish looks understated and professional.

Like other Snapdragon X laptops, this model delivers impressive AI capabilities with 45 TOPS, powering features like Microsoft Copilot for enhanced productivity. The 57Whr battery promises all-day endurance with quick recharging technology, letting you stay productive without hunting for power outlets.

Additional features include military-grade durability in an all-metal chassis that’s just 16.9mm thin, a full IO interface with USB-C, USB-A, HDMI and a card reader, plus next-generation WiFi 7 connectivity.

4. ASUS Vivobook S 15 OLED (Snapdragon X Plus): 81,990

ASUS Vivobook S 15 OLED Powered Copilot + , AI PC Snapdragon X Plus

Priced at ₹81,990, the ASUS Vivobook S 15 OLED with Snapdragon X Plus offers an interesting alternative to the Elite model (the first one in the list). It keeps many premium features, including the brilliant 15.6-inch 3K OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 16GB of RAM, and spacious 1TB SSD, but costs less.

It’s physically identical to the Elite model with the same 1.42 kg weight and silver finish. The main difference is the processor. The Snapdragon X Plus doesn’t quite reach the performance of the X Elite, but still delivers great efficiency and plenty of power for most users. It features the same 45 TOPS NPU for AI workloads as other X Plus models, enabling smooth operation of Windows Copilot and other AI features.

The laptop should offer similar battery life benefits to other Snapdragon X models, with the same ASUS IceCool thermal technology and military-grade durability as its more expensive sibling. For daily tasks and even moderately demanding applications, you might not notice much difference in performance.

This model is perfect if you want the premium OLED display but don’t need top-tier processing power. It’s also worth considering if the Elite model is out of stock or if prices have increased.

5. Microsoft Surface Laptop (7th Edition): 1,06,800

Microsoft New Surface Laptop

Slightly above our ₹1 lakh budget at ₹1,06,800, the Microsoft Surface Laptop deserves a mention as the most affordable way to get Microsoft’s premium hardware with Snapdragon X technology. The standout feature is the 13.8-inch LCD PixelSense touchscreen, offering touch and pen input that none of the other laptops in our list provide. With 16GB of RAM, it handles multitasking well, though the 256GB SSD is noticeably smaller than competitors at this price.

This laptop features an AI engine capable of 45 TOPS, and the battery delivers up to 20 hours of video playback, ensuring all-day power without frequent recharging.

Additional features include an AI-powered Surface Studio camera and a haptic touchpad with customisation options. Its flexible design allows transformation between tablet and laptop modes, adapting to different work environments with its unique kickstand design. The touchscreen functionality adds versatility that might justify the higher price, especially if you take handwritten notes or create digital art.

Which one should you buy?

If you want maximum performance within this price range, go for the ASUS Vivobook S 15 with Snapdragon X Elite at ₹89,990. For those on stricter budgets who still want ARM efficiency, the Acer Swift Go 14 at ₹59,990 offers great value. It may not match the performance of pricier models, but provides a decent display, lightweight design, and good specs for everyday tasks.

On the other hand, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 at ₹64,990 is a good balance between price and features. The 1TB SSD for just ₹5,000 more than the Acer Swift Go 14 makes it compelling if you need more storage. If you love OLED display quality but can’t stretch to the X Elite model, the ASUS Vivobook S 15 OLED with Snapdragon X Plus at ₹81,990 is a smart compromise. You get the same stunning display and build quality as the top model, with slightly reduced processing power that’s still plenty for most users.

Finally, if build quality and touchscreen functionality matter most, and you can spend a bit more than ₹1 lakh, the Microsoft Surface Laptop at ₹1,06,800 delivers the refined experience that Surface devices are known for. The touchscreen adds versatility for note-taking, drawing, or navigating Windows, which might be worth the extra cost.
