Protrainy is an unpskilling institutions that is currently focusing on placing civil engineering graduates, but moving on to other non IT engineering specialisations. The magic happens in the design of the upskilling courses, which are crafted based on industry requirements, allowing Protrainy to make candidates meet the requirements for being placed in these companies. We asked Protrainy to explain the work that they do, “Protrainy is helping the young graduates of non IT specializations (with our current focus in civil engineering and future plans to proceed in all specializations) to get the Industry Ready training and help them get their 1st employment in a salary range of INR 15-25k per month .We are targeting tier 2 and tier 3 cities and institutes that we call Bharat. We are also helping existing work force to learn latest technologies and helping them upskill or even pivot careers.”
We then went on to ask about the process of identifying and developing a new upskilling course, Protrainy told us, “We bring working professionals to design courses together with our product team inline with latest corporate requirements. The courses are designed in such a manner that the skilling is done to create plug and play entry level professionals. The trained professionals are saving cost to the companies in upskilling the fresh graduates and paying the hiring agents get the best fit results.” Protrainy also provides lifetime access to some resources, “all our courses are live with assignment,mini project and 1-1 interaction and doubt clearing so that the learning curve is top notch.Recordings of every session is available to learners through our inhouse Learning Management System even after the session completion tenure. Other resources include handwritten notes,quizzes,assignments through our LMS and inhouse exam portal ,CV builder,career guidance classes to help them decide the right path after graduation.”
We then asked about the benefits of the Protrainy platform to the students, “We are catering to the students to make them Industry Ready .We provide live training in non IT technical employable skills for graduates with the aim to make them Industry read. Currently we are catering to civil engineering students and working professionals to provided live and blended learning .Our trainings are companion to the existing curriculum of the institutes and help the students become industry ready before they graduate.”
