Recently Vector had announced two new smartwatches with an extended 30 day battery life, i.e. 10 times more than the Apple Watch. The smartwatches called Luna and the Meridian were unveiled at the Baselworld show in Switzerland and come with a low-powered OS that improves the wearables battery life.
