If you cross the 1GB data limit, the speed of the network drops to 80kbps. According to Gadgets 360, BSNL has “discontinued a tariff voucher that was priced at Rs. 399 and a recharge voucher priced at Rs. 1699 in the two circles”. One could interpret this as BSNL replacing the benefits of the Rs 399 plan and discontinuing the Rs 1699 plan.
